Cherokee Memorial Funeral Home Facilities
After sixty years of service, beautiful Cherokee Memorial Park foresaw the need to expand their services to include a funeral home. In 1998 Cherokee Memorial Funeral Home opened its doors at the cemetery to families of the community. By May of 1999 a building had been found, improvements made and our first families served in our current location. In keeping with the high standard set by Cherokee Memorial Park, Cherokee Memorial Funeral Home is the most beautiful and up to date funeral home in the valley and after ten short years has grown to the largest funeral home in the central valley.
New to the funeral industry is the use of the Memory Store concept. A retail area within the funeral home where families can make arrangements in a familiar store setting, the Memory Store also provides an opportunity for visitors to purchase sympathy cards, memorial gifts and grief materials for families in their time of need. Cherokee Memorial Funeral Home is the leader in the Memory Store concept and looks forward to greater service options and continued growth when we move our facilities to their permanent location at Cherokee Memorial Park. Cherokee Memorial Park Grounds
Established in 1940, Cherokee Memorial Park has become one of Northern California's most beautiful cemeteries. Encompassing over 30 acres of manicured lawns, 3 mausoleums, both interior and exterior columbariums and scattering gardens the "Park" has many other features including waterfalls and fountains, bronze and marble statuary, friezes and architecture that make up what is known throughout the central valley as one of the leading cemeteries in Northern California.
