Continue sharing memories and stories after the funeral service is over at our new reception center. With seating for up to 90 people, our Event Staff are ready to assist you with your after service gathering to continue sharing highlights of your loved one’s life.

With chairs, tables, and linens included in your rental fee, this spacious area has all the amenities you’ll need to take the worry out of planning the after-service get-together. Coffee, tea and water are available, as well as our audio-visual system to play a memorial slideshow throughout your event.

Gathering with friends and family after a service is a time-honored tradition. It allows us to continue celebrating a life of someone we love with others we love.

The J. Charles Irwin Reception Center has partnered with local caterers to provide a variety of foods to nourish the body as you fellowship with others to nourish your souls.

Reception Center – Light Fare

Fee Includes: Coffee, Tea (Hot or Cold),

Hot/Cold Water, Cups, Cookies, Napkins.

Option 2

Caterer Supplied Food

Reception Center supplies: Coffee, Tea (Hot or Cold), Hot/Cold Water, Cups, 4 Chafing Dishes, Serving Utensils, Plates, Napkins, Plastic Ware. To-Go Containers for Food and Assistance Packaging Food to be taken home if requested. Choose from our approved list of Caterers only. Caterer fees not included in rental of the facility. No Outside Caterers.

Option 3

Family Supplied Food

Fee Includes: Coffee, Tea (Hot or Cold),

Hot/Cold Water, Cups, 4 Chafing Dishes.

Serving Utensils, Plates, Napkins, Plastic Ware. Event Coordinator to assist with food handling, warming oven, and refrigerator needs.

Family supplies: food, cold or hot. Family responsible for providing take home containers if needed.
