Ronald Roy Hines Sr. of Stockton, California passed away on May 14th, 2021. He leaves behind a son, Tony Montantes and Lisa of Acampo; daughter Cindy Garcia Crediford of Ceres; son Ron Hines Jr. and June of Modesto; daughter Rhonda Smith and Robbie of Kingsland, Georgia. He also leaves behind 9 grandchildren, Royce, Rebecca, and Raquel (Tony and Lisa’s children), Blake, Taylor and Pressley (Cindy’s children), Hannah (Ron and June’s child), and Gunner and Gavin (Rhonda and Robbie’s children).
Ronald served his country in the United States Coast Guard from May 1966 to May 1970. He also served the community of San Joaquin County for 49 years, 29 years as a Police Officer with the Stockton Police Department and 20 years as a Bailiff with the San Joaquin Sheriff's Department.
Ronald was preceded in death by his wife Gertrude, his mother Jane Hines and his father Roy Hines.
Services will be announced at a later date.
