Jamie Younger
Jamie Younger passed away unexpectedly in Livermore, Ca on Saturday, September 2, 2017. He was born in Shreveport, Louisiana to Joyce and Levell Younger on January 16, 1961. He moved to Oakland, Ca in 1962 with his parents and attended Brookfield Elementary School and graduated from Grambling High in Louisiana in 1978.
Jamie accepted Christ as his personal Savior at an early age and united with Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Louisiana. He was an avid Bible reader and spent hours studying the Bible. Jamie was a kind-hearted man who loved helping others so much that while employed with the Grambling Housing Authority in Louisiana, he started a Bike Repair Program where he repaired over 24 bicycles for the children of GHA. He also he loved old movies and taking long walks. He was a hard worker and worked for Orora North America for the pass 6 years until his passing.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory – parents Joyce Younger, Level Younger, step-mother Pearl Younger, two sisters – his twin Janice Hodges, Pamela Ferreira, two brothers Gregory Younger, LaShun Younger, sister-in-law Michelle Younger, two brother-in-laws John L. Hodges, Sr., David Ferreira, nephews – John L. Hodges, Jr., Jordan Hodges, Nicholas Ferreira, Colin Younger, nieces - Shane’ Ferreira, Jennifer Hodges, Nicole Ferreira, great-niece Laniya Hodges, Shamar Hunt, John L. Hodges, III, Aaliyah Hodges, Jayla Hodges and newborn Kaela Williams, and a host of family and friends.

Funeral services for Jamie Younger will take place on Tuesday, September 12, at 11:00 am in the Vineyard Chapel at Cherokee Memorial Park, 14165 N. Beckman Rd, Lodi CA.

Alvina Katherine Job passed away at her home in Woodbridge, CA on August 31, 2017, at the age of 89. Born in South Dakota on November 27, 1927, she has lived the past 50 years in Woodbridge. Her true vocation was that of a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, and her greatest joy in life were spending time with her beloved family.
She was preceded in death by her husband Walter Job; daughter Vicki Job; parents Albert and Amelia Scherle; and siblings: Matilda Schuler, Alma Schuler, Alvin Scherle, Emma Bishop and Albert Scherle. She is survived by her children: Valerie Cornwell (Eric), Tami Hilscher (Perry), Todd Job (Carrie); grandchildren: Brittani Phillips (Todd), Taylor Cornwell, Jordan Cornwell, Zachary Job, Austin Job; and siblings Edgar Scherle and Martha Zimmerman.
Visitation will take place from 4-8 PM Tuesday, September 5, 2017, at the Vineyard Chapel 14165 N. Beckman Rd. Lodi, CA.

Sandra Kay Leiting was born in Stockton to Joseph and Judith Leiting and passed away at age 60 from cancer after a hard fought battle. She graduated from Lincoln High School, California State Stanislaus and Golden Gate University with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. She worked in the health insurance administration field for 35 years and retired from San Joaquin County as the Employee Benefits Manager in 2013. She enjoyed living in the country and growing vegetables year round, but her real passion was fishing. She and Gary Graham, the love of her life and best friend for 42 years, enjoyed many wonderful and productive days on the water. Oh… the drags going off..fish on!!
In addition to her beloved Gary, Sandy will be missed by her loving mother Judith; siblings Joseph Leiting III, David Leiting (Tracy), Patti Vincent (Don), Mark Leiting (Gentye), Jayme Leiting (Traci), Gary’s brother Thomas Graham; nieces and nephews Donny, Desire, Shaina, Chelsea, Chad, Haley, Brandon, Amanda, Patrick, Melanie (Ben), Rebecca; and many friends. Harry Momi
Harry Robert Momi, 92, of Stockton, CA graced this earth on October 12, 1924 and entered into rest on August 25, 2017.
He was born and raised and stayed in Stockton and served his country in WW2 and was awarded a purple heart for his time in combat.
Harry had many loves in life: his first being his wife, Kathy Momi of fifty five years
