Biographical Info: Born January 24, 1926, in Oklahoma and died at home, surrounded by family, Sunday, February 11, 2018. Jim was a retired Naval Commander, retired Superintendent of Stockton Unified School District, and the founder of Educators Land Development Company. Jim was an avid traveler, card player and loved his family and friends.

Elmer Sanguinetti passed away on February 2, 2018 in Rancho Mirage, CA at the age of 88. He was born to Lena and Joseph Sanguinetti on January 12, 1930 in Stockton. He attended local schools, graduating from Stockton High School and attended Stockton Jr. College studying business administration. He served his country honorably during the Korean Conflict in the US Army Ordinance Corps.

Janet Louise McDonald was born in Brawley, California on December 6, 1940. She was the firstborn of seven children to TR and Jenny McDonald. Janet received the Holy Ghost when she was eight years old. Her musical ability was soon apparent and she was playing the piano for church services by the time she was ten. During the 1960’s Janet wrote many songs, some of which are still sung today. Two of her most well-known are “This Holy Ghost is Genuine” and “I’ve Got the Holy Ghost.” At Christian Life Center in Stockton, she taught Sunday School, was active in the music department, and gave music lessons for many years.
