Betty Roley

Betty Lou McNeece Roley went home to be with the Lord on February 8, 2021. She was born in Manchester, Illinois and grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where she met her husband, Leonard Edward Roley. They moved to Stockton and raised two sons, Craig Roley and Gary Roley. They started their business, Roley, Inc. in Stockton. Betty kept the books for the businesses.

As a young woman, Betty was very interested in flying and actually flew a plane before she drove a car!

Betty was a kind and generous wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Her greatest joy was spending time with her children and their families. Betty is survived by her sons, Craig and Gary (Greta), grandchildren, Gary Roley II, Jennifer Gentry (David) Justin Roley, great grandchildren, Jessica and Alyssa Roley and Sean Savage and great-great grandson, Travis Savage.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard E. Roley, her parents, Eva Jane and Thomas McNeece, (Mac) two sisters, Stella Jean Watkins and Lotus Fisher, and one brother, Lionel McNeece (Skeeter).

Betty was much loved and will be missed by her family and friends.

Adan Gomez Maldonado

Adan Gómez Maldonado, 84, passed away February 5, 2021 in Stockton, California. Adan Gómez was born in 1937 in General Terán Nuevo León, México to Emiliana and Mariano Gómez. He lived in Acampo, California for over 60 years. He had a great sense of humor, an easy going personality, and an open-minded nature which enabled him to make friends easily and to be a well-liked, respected member of his community. His lifelong passion for nature enabled him to grow many different types of fruit trees; which included his famous pecans, donut Saturn peach and several types of lemon trees. He enjoyed spending his time with his beloved wife of 55 years, being around his children and grandchildren and playing with Dulce his Yorkie-Poo. He always made sure everyone knew how much he loved them. Adan was preceded in death by his parents, 6 brothers, 3 sisters and his daughter Emelia Gómez. He is survived by his wife, Lidia Yolanda Gómez; his son, Mariano Gómez (Ludy); daughter, Diana Gonzalez (Lou); and daughter, Marina Berry (Kevin); his son-inlaw, Jose Haro; 10 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and his beloved Yorkie-Poo, Dulce.

VISITATION

A viewing will take place for family and friends from 1 - 4 p.m. on Friday, February 12, 2021 at Vineyard Chapel at Cherokee Memorial Park, 14165 N. Beckman Rd., Lodi, CA.

SERVICES

A rosary and burial will take place at 10 a.m. on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Main Chapel at Cherokee Memorial Park. Graveside service will take place immediately following in the Lady of Guadalupe.

Masks will be required.

Pamela Irion

December 21, 1957 - February 05, 2021

Pamela passed away peacefully at home, Feb. 5, 2021. She is survived by her Daughter, Lauren Tyler, Grandsons, Wyatt Tyler, Owen Tyler, Son in law, Joshua Tyler, Sister, Sheila Murray. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Ervin Jerry Irion, Father, Norman Auburg, Mother, Sandra S. Ford.

Pamela was a loving Mother, Grandmother, Sister, and friend to many.

Memorial Donations can be made in her honor, to The Veterans of Foreign War www.VFW.org.

She truly enjoyed visiting Lake Tahoe, and her loved ones left behind; only hope she is winning big up in Heaven.

Inez Hernandez

January 21, 1936 - February 04, 2021

Inez Hernandez, 85, on February 4, 2021 died peacefully with her husband Enrique and daughter Yolanda by her side. Inez was a wife, mother, sister, grandmother, Tia and Nina. She will be forever loved and missed by those fortunate to have known her wisdom, kindness, generosity and love.

She was born on January 21, 1936 in Crystal City, Texas and in 1955 her family moved to Stockton, California to be reunited with their relatives, the Cumpian family and her oldest brother, Andres who lived nearby. She married her husband, Enrique Hernandez on December 7, 1958. Their good life together centered around caring for family, loved ones and their home. A visit to the Hernandez home meant Inez would always provide a delicious meal with homemade tortillas. She worked seasonally for many years at Tillie Lewis Cannery. She resided in Stockton for the remainder of her life.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Maria Ortiz Arenas; father, Pedro Arenas; her 5 siblings, Andy Arenas, Jose Arenas, Manuel Arenas, Daniel Arenas, Socorro Noyola; and her beloved niece, Elena Noyola-Long.

Inez is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Enrique Hernandez; her daughter, Yolanda Bernasconi and son-in-law Ron; her son, Hank Hernandez; grandson, Michael Bernasconi, his wife Carmen and 2 beloved great grandchildren, Lilliana Cortez-Job and Camilla Inez Bernasconi. Family that she loved and considered as her grandchildren were Monica Long Neri, husband Tom, (children, William and Julian Neri), Marina Long and Bobby Long. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and godchildren, all of whom she loved dearly. Lifelong best friends she adored were Helen McCullough and Mary Alvarez.

We thank Inez's caregivers, Sara and Vicky who provided loving and devoted care during her last 6 months. Also, thank you to Hospice of San Joaquin for their expert and compassionate care.

SERVICE

A graveside service will take place at Our Lady of Guadalupe statue area, at Cherokee Memorial Park, located off Highway 99 at Harney Lane, Lodi CA, 95240.Harney Lane, Lodi) on Friday, February 26 at 12:30pm.

A celebration of life will take place at a later date when we can safely gather.
