Roger Conn

Roger Dale Conn
January 7,1954- February 23,2025

Roger was born in Redding, Ca. to Elnora (Dodie) and Dewey Conn. One year later they moved to Stockton, Ca. Roger was married to the love of his life Pamela (Selga) Conn for 45 years. Roger passed away peacefully on February 23, 2025, at his home surrounded by his family.

He worked for San Joaquin County as a maintenance supervisor for 27 years. He was a baseball coach for Oak Park little league, he coached softball with the City of Stockton and coached the Trinity Baptist Church team in the Church league. Among his enjoyments were watching his grand kids play sports, fishing, golfing, playing cards, telling jokes, bible study, and watching his favorite sporting teams the San Francisco 49ers and the Boston Celtics. He enjoyed gardening, his yard was always the best in the neighborhood. He loved making trips to either Home Depot or Lowe’s (a true Mr. Fix it man).

Roger’s life was one of dedication and love as a husband, brother, dad, papa, brother in law, father in law, uncle, and Christian. He had a way of making everyone he met feel welcomed and loved, and he taught us all that family is everything. He was truly the best! There was nothing he couldn’t fix and in every moment of doubt we would say “oh no worries…Papa can fix it”. Time and time again, he would show up for all of us without hesitation. There will never be anyone like him.

Roger is proceeded in death by his son Randy, his parents Dodie and Dewey Conn, his sister Brenda Conn, brother in law Ronnie Selga and granddaughter Eva.

He is survived by his sisters LaQueta (Mike), Sandy (Allen), Donna (Sam) and brother and sister in law Bill and Lori Kishi.

Roger is also survived by his daughter Tiffany (Tony), and son Eric (Julie), 18 grandkids:  Mindy (Justin), TJ (Deidre), Alyssa, Emily, Kaitlyn, Angelique (Daniel), Silvia, Marco, Erakah (Alec), Lily Rose, Klara, Kalvin, Zoey and Khioe.
