A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 14th, 2019 at 10:00a.m. at the Vineyard Chapel in Cherokee Memorial Park, located at 14165 N. Beckman Road, Lodi CA, 95240.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to American Cancer Society and American Heart Association.
Cherokee Memorial is honored to serve the Fleming family.
