In Loving Memory of Eleanor Elizabeth Topping
July 1, 1929 – October 3, 2025 Age 96.
Eleanor Elizabeth Topping, beloved mother and cherished grandmother, passed away peacefully on October 3, 2025, at the age of 96.
Eleanor lived a long and beautiful life filled with love, faith, and strength. She was known for her kindness, gentle spirit, and the way she always put her family first. Her home was a place of warmth and comfort, where everyone felt welcome and loved.
She was an incredible cook, best known for her homemade tortillas and delicious Mexican dishes that brought her family together. It never failed—if anyone didn’t feel like cooking, they could come to her house without knocking and know there would be a warm meal waiting, always with enough to take home.
Eleanor also loved to dance and enjoyed every moment of it until she was no longer able to keep her balance. Her joy and energy will forever be remembered by her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Steve Topping, her daughter Catherine Edna Jackson, her son-in-law Steve Jackson, and her grand daughter Ashieigh Taylor Whitlock
Eleanor is survived by her children: Margaret Ann Chavez and her husband Skippy, Leroy Steven Topping and his wife Kori, and Stephanie Lynn Topping. She also had several grandchildren and great-grandchildren who loved her dearly, as well as many other loved ones who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.
