Jack Eugene Branstetter

October 11, 1931 - October 9, 2025

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Jack Eugene Branstetter. Jack passed away suddenly on October 9, 2025, two days before his 94th birthday. Jack was born in Henryetta, Ok and served in the US Navy during the Korean war. He moved to Lodi in 1954 after the death of his baby boy, Robbie. He was the epitome of kindness and love. He never judged others and loved everyone with open arms. He was a boy scout leader and very engaged in raising his young children. He was a wonderful father and grandfather. Jack had a long career in the telephone company. He was a lineman with Pacific Bell who helped install the first telephone lines down the entire California coast. Later in his career, he worked as an engineer for AT&T in San Francisco and Sacramento.

Jack is survived by Sharon, his wife and the love of his life. They had a wonderful 42 years together and built a beautiful home. He is also survived by his sister, Faye Burke of Decatur Mississippi, children, Kevin, Karla (Jerry), Kelli, Curtis (Nancy), Brenda (Stan), Kathy and Jalayne, his grandchildren Jesse, Jack, Jessica, Brianna, Chad, Josh, Kayla, Evan, Grant and Jake, and 12 great grandchildren.

SERVICES:
There will be a grave side service at Cherokee Memorial Park on Friday, October 17th at 1:00 followed by a celebration of life at Radiant Life Church, 75 N Crescent, Lodi.
