June 28, 1943 - March 29, 2025

Patrick ‘Pat’ Scholzen passed away March 29, 2025 surrounded by family. He was 81 years old.

Pat was born June 28, 1943 in Reno, Nevada. He loved to return to Reno periodically to pay ‘his dues.’ For the past 54 years he resided in Lodi, CA.

Pat loved being a docent at the California State Railroad Museum in Sacramento, and recently received his 25-year Service Pin. His love of trains extended to his basement with two full size layouts and a garden train hanging from the ceiling.

When not working on trains; you could find him in his shop with his many woodworking projects or on the patio reading a good book. Most of all he enjoyed a cold beer and a good cigar with friends.
