Mona Pelletier

July 2, 1931 - June 18, 2025

Born in Phoenix, Arizona, Mona Pelletier called the Grand Canyon State home for most of her life before moving to Elk Grove, California. It was in Arizona that she met and married her dear husband, Roger Pelletier. Mona's professional life at Mountain Bell Phone Company saw her excel as a graphic artist, skillfully drawing maps and blueprints until she retired. She and Roger shared a deep love for the Arizona mountains, spending cherished times at their cabin, fishing and soaking in the beautiful scenery. Mona also found great joy in reading and was a true cat enthusiast.

After retirement, Mona and Roger settled in California to be closer to their loved ones. Mona treasured family gatherings, especially Easter celebrations and festive Christmases. One of her favorite traditions was taking annual Alaskan cruises with her sister. Mona was a truly beloved family member and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her niece, Catherine Gillespie; her nephew, Martin Phillips; and her great-nephews, Ryan Gillespie, Matthew Phillips, and Jackson Phillips.
