Carol Ann Ford-Conner, born on May 31, 1942 in Live Oak, California, passed away peacefully at home on April 29, 2026, at the age of 83. She was a devoted Christian whose faith and prayers were central to her life, especially in support of her loved ones.

Carol was deeply loved as a wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She will be remembered for her warmth, generosity, gentle spirit, and unwavering devotion to her family. Despite facing hardships, she endured life with love and a full heart. Her qualities included kindness, forgiveness, selflessness, compassion, and a readiness to listen and offer comfort. Carol enjoyed playing the piano and singing in her church’s worship team, often engaging in household tasks with music, singing, and dancing. She also cherished shopping excursions with her sister Vicki.

Carol is survived by her husband, Robert H. Conner; her sister Vicki Shubat; her brother Eddie Ford; her children Brenda Reed, Dawn Michele Gorden, Debra Flores (Edgar), Bobby Conner (Candace), and Kimberly Conner; her grandchildren Ashley Gorden, Joshua Gorden, Madison Flores, Jessica Sarao (Ruben), Samantha Avalos (Angel), Timothy Flores (Brittany), Virginia Flores, Tanner Husman (Alyssa), Tiffany Facile (Cameron), Tabbitha Heisinger (Jake), Matt Conner (Shelby), Cheyenne Conner, and 16 great-grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her first husband of 40 years, Donald Frank Ford; her parents Eual Edwin Ford and Leona Pearl Ford; and siblings Stanley Ford, and Patsy Davison-Bibelheimer.

CELEBRATION OF LIFE
A Celebration of Life will be held on May 13th at 11:30 am at Faith Community Church, located at 18621 N. Highway 99, Acampo, California 95220.
