OBITUARY
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother (Nana), sister and friend. Collien Sams departed this world to join her dear husband Gary Sams. She bravely faced major heart health issues after the immense loss of Gary eight years ago.
She is survived by her two loving daughters, Tina and Lisa Sams; her cherished granddaughter Valerie Chamberlain (Pope); devoted sister Wanda Wall; brothers Werley and Jeff Stegall; and her loving nieces, Moriah Wall, Rhonda and Renee Stegall.
Her family and friends will remember her as a pillar of love, strength and encouragement. She was 82 years old. In keeping with her wishes, a private funeral ceremony will be held to honor Collien’s life. The family expresses their heartfelt gratitude to all who shared their lives, love and acts of kindness, no matter how great or small! You all have been heavenly treasures to her here in this life, and into the next. May Collien rest in eternal peace and joy in the arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and her memory forever cherished and embraced by all who knew and loved her dearly.
