Gregory Mark Fikes went to be with the Lord December 10, 2025, surrounded by his family.
Greg was born September 4th, 1967, in Stockton, residing in Linden at the time of his passing. He is survived by his wife Shelley, sons David Herrod (Paula), Jerry Herrod (Amy), daughter Valerie Arroyo (Roberto), brothers Brian, David, John, Christopher, sister Sharon Harvey (Kyle), and grandchildren Christian, Erica, Braelynn (Noah), Kadence, Julia, Thomas, Beau, Posie, and Allie. Greg was preceded in death by his parents, Marian and Harvey Fikes and brother Stephen.
Greg's life revolved around family and especially the love of his life Shelley. Greg cherished the time he spent with his grandchildren gardening, fishing, and cooking for all. A baker by profession, he served the patients and staff of San Joaquin General Hospital for over 30 years.
Greg shared his big heart and sense of humor with all who touched his life.
SERVICE
His memorial service is scheduled for January 5, 2025, 1 p.m. at the Vineyard Chapel, Cherokee Memorial Park in Lodi, California.
